I am super excited to be bringing Coffee Collective to you guys this month. One of my most memorable coffee experiences happened at their Godthåbsvej location in Copenhagen, when I tried their Washed Kieni a few years back. So I'm really glad to get to share that coffee with you guys now. I recommend reading their website and learning about their approach to sourcing coffee and building relationships with farmers; they have worked with the Kieni Co-op for 8 years now, and consistently pay 200-300% over the market price for their beans, as a way of investing in the people who grow their coffee. They are inspiring, and the kind of company that consistently uses their influence for good. We are honored to work with them and share some seriously great Scandinavian coffee.
