We're super happy to be bringing Calendar back again. Galway is a sleepy seaside town on the west coast of Ireland, far (at least by Irish standards) from the excitement of Dublin. Zarah and Dan met in London, years ago when they both worked at Workshop Coffee (who we featured last year too). After a while, they decided to set out on their own and moved back to Galway, Zarah’s hometown. They’ve been growing like crazy, and we're so proud to get to work with them. Their coffees are all so delicately bright, and bursting with flavor. We’re obsessed with their art—designed by a very talented designer from Dan’s hometown of Cardiff, Wales. Anyway, we hope you love our Ireland feature; it’s good craic! Dia duit everybody.
